Terms of Service
These terms apply to this public website. Any project starts only when both sides accept a written proposal or agreement, which will set the terms for that work.

Using this website
You may browse this site and contact FlowFactoryfor lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Project enquiries
A booking, email, discussion, estimate or proposal request does not by itself create a client relationship or require either side to proceed. Services, scope, price, timing, ownership, support and payment terms are agreed in writing for each project. If a project agreement conflicts with this page, the project agreement governs that project.
Website content
The site describes the studio's current approach and services in general terms. It is not a promise that every feature, integration, timeline or outcome will suit every project. We may correct or update the site without notice.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site's design, writing, illustrations, brand and code are owned by or licensed to FlowFactory. You may not reproduce, sell or present them as your own without written permission. Ownership of client work is dealt with in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party services
The site includes services operated by others, including the Cal.com booking calendar and email providers. Their availability and terms are controlled by them. A link or embed does not make us responsible for a third party's service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlowFactory is not liable for loss caused solely by relying on general website content, temporary site unavailability, or a third-party service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
Law and contact
These website terms are governed by South African law. Questions can be sent to hello@flowfactory.co.za. We will update the date above when these terms materially change.
