Who is responsible
FlowFactory is responsible for the personal information it receives through this website and by email. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@flowfactory.co.za.
Information we receive
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you put in the message. If you book a call, the embedded Cal.com calendar collects the contact and scheduling details you submit and shares the booking details with us.
The site and its hosting or booking providers may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, requested pages and security logs. This website does not currently run advertising trackers or its own audience analytics.
How we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, schedule and run calls, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work, maintain records, prevent abuse and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.
Depending on the interaction, processing is necessary to take steps you request before a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal duty, or for the legitimate operation and security of the business. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it.
Providers and transfers
We use service providers to host the site, deliver email and run the Cal.com booking calendar. They process information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside South Africa. We only share what is reasonably needed for the service or required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, for an active business relationship, or for legal, accounting and dispute records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
